Millions of supporters have been had! They may have thought they witnessed the official, legal swearing-in of President Barack Obama … but they were wrong.

Captive watchers of Tuesday’s inauguration – and constitutional elitists – may have noticed Chief Justice John Roberts’ boo-boo in giving the oath to Obama. Just to be sure, Obama took time today to re-do the whole thing.

Below, NBC’s Brian Williams takes a look at the mistake, and a related joke VP Biden attempted to deliver during the swearing-in of cabinet members today. Note Obama’s facial expression: Nooooooot happy.
