With Will Farrell returning to host Saturday Night Live last night, the writing staff decided to forgo their three year pledge to be unfunny between election cycles and actually make someone laugh in something that wasn’t a digital short featuring a famous singer. To do so, they brought back one of their “homerun” segments: Celebrity Jeopardy. Take a look.

Tom Hanks is clearly having some fun here, and, while Kristen Wiig’s Kathy Lee is pretty spot on, quite frankly the skit would have been better with Hanks, Hammond’s Connery and McDonald’s Reynolds. Still, when something is actually funny on SNL, it’s hard to complain.
