August 23rd, 2009 by Will O'HarganA Muncie-area man was arrested after stealing checks from a girl at her birthday party. He subsequently asked her on a date. When he showed up to pick her up, the Muncie PD picked him up.
Turns out, it wasn’t his first time stealing checks, though I doubt he’ll be asking any of his victims out anytime soon.
